General LED Neon Sign Information:
Here is a highlight reel on why you should choose our LED neon process:
- 2 Year Warranty* - All of our LED signs come with a 2 year manufacturer warranty* covering faulty items (indoor use exclusive*).

- Easy to Install - All of signs will have pre-drilled holes for fast wall mounting.
- Full Control - Each sign purchased has the option to also receive a remote control to adjust the signs brightness.
Are your LED neon lights battery operated or do they plug in?
Most of our signs include a 5ft transparent cord which plugs into a AC adapter. The adapter has an additional 3-6ft of black cable that plugs into the socket. A dimmer and remote control can also be purchased.
Do I need a remote / dimmer for my LED neon light?
We recommend purchasing the dimmer and remote as it allows you to dim the neon brightness which can help with exposure when taking photos in front of new neon sign or having the neon light as a feature for a photo shoot or wedding.
Can I use my new LED neon sign outdoors?
Our standard LED neon signs are indoor signs but they are perfectly fine to use outdoors at events, parties, etc... provided they do not get wet. Our standard signs are not watertight and cannot be exposed to wet weather.
Payment/Shipping/Returns/Warranty FAQ
What are the shipping costs?
Standard orders take 4-7 weeks*, including production and shipping.
'Rush' orders take 2-3 weeks*, including production and shipping to addresses in the USA. Please choose the 'Rush My Order' option at checkout, and let us know the date by which you need your sign to arrive.
What is your return policy?
All Lit Up Neon offers returns and refunds for faulty products only. We will make every effort to resolve the issue and may fix, replace, refund, or partially refund the product. The final resolution for faulty products, including refunds for the cost of the product and/or shipping, is decided on a case by case basis depending on the source of the fault, and is at the sole discretion of All Lit Up Neon.
What is All Lit Up Neon's returns procedure?
- Please contact us at info@alllitupneon.com to let us know which products you wish to return and why, attaching a short video of your sign as well as photos. Please note that we require both a video and photo(s) for diagnostic and quality purposes. If you are not able to provide both a video and photo(s) of the problem then our ability to rectify your issue will be limited. Once we have received all of the required information we will be in touch to try to resolve the issue.
- If a return has been agreed please note that you must return the faulty product in its original condition with all of its original packaging.
- If a return has been agreed the faulty item must be returned for inspection by All Lit Up Neon within 14 days of when you received the product.
- If a replacement has been agreed we will work to produce and ship the replacement product to you as soon as possible.
Does my new sign come with a warranty?
All Lit Up Neon's indoor products include a 24 month warranty which covers electrical components when used appropriately. All Lit Up Neon's water resistant products include a 3 month warranty which covers electricity components when used appropriately.
